Flashback to 2015: My YouTube channel was just a wee baby zygote and the mighty overlords at YouTube released the Channel Trailer function. I wanted to make my channel look all fancy… so I pieced together a little channel trailer with the few videos that I had under my belt. It was crude, the beat of the whole video was nonexistent, and it didn’t really flow with my style… but at the time, I THOUGHT IT WAS AWESOME!
Since then, I ended up accidentally forgetting about that little video while my channel started to blossom, content wise. You don’t really see it unless you are a new visitor to my channel and since I’m obviously NOT one of those, it just sat there…. until it dawned on me that HOLY FRAK I have a channel trailer that is WAAAAAAY outta date.
Thankfully, by the time I started to work on it – which was a month ago, off and on – I had plenty of content to splice together to make a happy and more importantly UPDATED channel trailer. Thus getting rid of the old and busted to make way for the NEW HOTNESS! FUN FACT: I posted the new trailer exactly TWO YEARS after my last trailer. I thought that was a cool idea, but maybe I’m just weird and sentimental.
While it’s not exactly perfect, it will do for now. [insert evil laugh here]
Some of the content featured in the trailer has been released but there are a few teasers for upcoming tutorials and goodies! Exciting, no?! Anyways, with this comes the REBOOT of my channel… more on that later, my dah’lings!
