The BOOM! BOX by Espionage Cosmetics is a bi-monthly, nerdy subscription box. It features items such as nerd makeup, NailedIt! Nail Wraps, wearables and even AMAZING art inspired by pop-culture. Each box retails for $30 (+ shipping) but the goodies inside the box total $65+. This is the FIFTH EC BOOM! BOX to debut and is the first one that I’ve actually gotten my act together and filmed an unboxing video… because reasons. I must say, out of all the BBs that have come out – this one is by far my favorite!
I love EVERYTHING in this box, and there’s not a single thing that I was disappointed in. HOORAY!

August 2016 “Power-Up” Box Info Card: Each month, the BB includes an info card — because they are cool like that. I generally put the info card to the side so I am genuinely surprised at the contents in the box. It works like a charm!
Retro Gaming Stickers: You Died of Dysentery, HP bar, and GAME OVER. Fun fact: I friggin love stickers, so these babies are right up my nerdy alley and will be going on my notebooks and cane soon!
Golden Relic Necklace by Geek Star Costuming **BB Exclusive: I am a HUGE fan of GSC and, in fact, have four of her awesome necklaces already. This gem will be a happy addition and will be great for those days when I just want to casually dress up as Link or something.
Floppy Disk Repurposed Notepad: This item made me actually LOL. It also gave me some massive nostalgia for my family’s first home computer. Total win in my book – and you may see it in an upcoming video or picture. #spoilers
Espionage Cosmetics Everything Shadow in “1Up”: New Everything Shadow is New! 1Up is a brilliant, blue-based green with shimmer.
Espionage Cosmetics Pressed Powders in “Console” and “Pixel”: These are the BRAND NEW pressed powders from Espionage Cosmetics. The formulation is amazing! They are buttery and smooth. Console is a matte sky-blue and it is amazing. It’s really hard to make a matte formula buttery, and this matte is AMAZEBALLS. Out of the two, Console is my favorite. I really hope they release more colors RIGHT THIS NOW! Pixel, on the otherhand, is a frosty, vibrant pink-magenta. The formulation is very smooth and is quite buildable, coverage-wise. Pixel is the lighter, little sister to the loose Everything Shadow in Sakura
